Account deletion
Delete your Phase account.
This permanently deletes your Phase account and associated cloud data. It cannot be undone.
Verify your account
Sign in with the same account you used in Phase. We use that secure sign-in only to identify the account to delete.
Deleting here removes your cloud profiles, wallet and usage records, and sign-in account. If Phase is still installed on a device, clear its app storage or remove the app to erase that device’s local data. Exports, device backups, and data a provider must retain may not be removed. A protected welcome-credit identity fingerprint, without raw contact details or your old account ID, is retained for 15 days after successful deletion to prevent repeated claims. Expired fingerprints are removed by scheduled cleanup, which may be delayed if unavailable. See our retention policy. A purchase replay marker is retained to prevent reuse of purchase receipts. A deletion coordination record is normally removed after 24 hours.
Guest accounts
Guest accounts have no recoverable email, password, or sign-in identity. If you still have Phase installed, use Profile → Delete account and all profiles. If you already removed the app, its local data is already removed from that device; an anonymous cloud account cannot safely be identified from this page.
